Pre-programme (self-directed/virtual) – Disrupt with new perspectives 

  • Complete a comprehensive organisational diagnostic survey. Measure your own feedback – and that of insights canvassed from colleagues – based on the DICE model for leading intelligent organisations.
  • Work closely with your expert personal coach in two 1-2-1 sessions:
    1) Identify your individual leadership signature
    2) Discover what the output of your diagnostic survey will be – understand the strengths and weaknesses of your organisation as they relate to the DICE framework and begin to plan actionable learning outcomes.
  • Discover where there is the opportunity to disrupt within your organisation.

On campus (5.5 days) – Learn, challenge & explore 

  • Join faculty sessions with Tammy Erickson, Adjunct Professor of Organisational Behaviour and a leading analyst of changing workforces. Tammy’s insights have shaped some of the most innovative and resilient global companies in operation today.
  • Engage in two more expert 1-2-1 coaching sessions to finesse your organisational action plan.
  • Explore the four key pillars needed to enhance your organisational leadership capabilities: building collaborative capacity, disrupting with new perspectives, asking great questions and engaging with meaning.
  • Use case studies and specially curated content to explore how leadership has changed over time.
  • Understand the principles of organisational design and examine new concepts of hybrid working with Professor Lynda Gratton, named by Thinkers 50 as one of the top 15 thinkers in the world.
  • Challenge your assumptions through an experiential learning activity in London’s iconic Museum District, examining different exhibits representing innovations which have transformed global industries.
  • Hear from Jules Goddard, about what it means to be a leader in the disruptive sense.
  • Build on your leadership blueprint, examining how to achieve options, choice and trust, the key principles of organisational design today.
  • Practice the power of curious questions and understand how leveraging ‘intrigue’ as a leadership pillar can enhance your company’s readiness for the future.
  • Understand how leadership may manifest in different forms within your organisation through behaviours of trust, respect, listening and emotional intelligence.

Post-programme (virtual) – Apply your learning 

  • Participate in two additional virtual coaching sessions. Cement your action plan and discuss how you are going to improve on the metrics from your original organisational diagnostic report.
  • Begin to implement the changes outlined in your plan and understand when and how you may need to update it.
  • Tammy Erickson, McKinsey award-winning author and widely-respected authority on new approaches to leadership, the changing workforce, collaboration and innovation, leads the programme.
  • Take the opportunity to thoroughly assess your organisation as it stands and build a plan for the future.
  • Experience a programme actively designed around your organisation’s needs, with the pre-programme diagnosis informing subsequent discussions and activities.
  • Benefit from six bespoke, individual sessions with executive coaches who bring their own distinct leadership styles and years of industry experience to the programme.
  • Post-programme coaching ensures you continue to successfully implement your leadership strategy.

    • What is the application process?

You can apply to the programme of your choice online. Acceptance is not automatic and your application will be reviewed by our team of Programme Consultants to ensure the best fit between applicants and programmes. Spaces on our programmes can fill up quickly so we encourage you to apply early and ensure your application is as comprehensive as possible.

    • Will I have to do any preparation before attending the programme?

You’ll receive communication from your Programme Manager around six weeks before starting the programme. The information we send will direct you to our online learning platform which will include the programme timetable, pre-programme reading and preparation work, and an introduction to your fellow participants.

    • Do I need to obtain a visa if I’m coming from overseas?

Visa requirements vary depending on your nationality and country of residence. We encourage you to use the ‘check if you need a visa’ tool or to consult the UK consulate or embassy in your home country.

WHEN SHOULD I APPLY?
We recommend you apply at least three months before the programme starts to guarantee your place. The application form will take approximately 15 to 30 minutes to complete.

WHEN WILL I HEAR BACK FROM YOU?
We’ll acknowledge receipt of your application by email within 48 hours, if it’s received during normal working hours (Mon-Fri – 09:00-18:00 GMT). We will review and respond to your application within two working days. We do this in order of receipt and acceptance is not automatic.

CAN I RESERVE A PLACE?

WHAT ARE YOUR LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS?
The programme is taught in English, so a good working knowledge of the language is essential. If English is not your first language, we may ask you for evidence of your proficiency.
