- Throughout the programme you will develop the skills and understand the tools needed to not only solve your change challenge but drive a lasting culture of transformation within your organisation.
Engaging and connecting
- Facilitators run a pre-programme online session, where participants share a change challenge they’re facing within their organisation. Our strategy faculty then work with participants to assess if this challenge is right for the programme and begin to disrupt participants thoughts on change.
Learning and sharing
As well as world-class faculty-led sessions, learn through original experiential activities, including:
- Freedom in the frame: Leadership lessons from Jazz. Participants will learn how to think of leading people through transformation as more like leading a jazz quartet band and less like an orchestra and will get a chance to experience the difference first hand.
- Lego Serious Play. Participants will explore their change challenges through serious play, discovering new insights and seeing new connections as they prototype and experiment in real time.
- Storytelling exercises. Participants will discover the power of stories and have a chance to create and practice their own story, based on real upcoming change.
- In depth exploration of your marketplace. Sessions will examine how digital players disrupt your marketplace, how channel power can act as a key determinant to profitability and how to build up channel power in order to strengthen your market position.
Applying and transforming
- Continue your learning with a post-programme facilitator-led webinar to check your progress and identify any areas for further development.
