Orael Institute, London

Mathematical Studies – Level 3 Certificate

About The Course

Studying Mathematical Studies alongside your vocational course allows you to gain up to 20 extra UCAS points, building on your existing mathematical knowledge. There has been a tremendous amount of coverage in the media about the UK’s gap in basic maths skills – only 20 per cent of students study maths beyond GCSE in the UK – the lowest rate in leading developed countries in the world; in Japan, this figure is 85%. This course helps to address that, by offering you an additional qualification, which can help you with your vocational course, particularly in subjects such as science, business studies, economics, accountancy and ICT.

Over 60% of students at Orael received A and B grades, and 100% of our students achieve their qualification.
