Pre-programme

• On-boarding call with Programme Director to explore your learning objectives.
• Gain access to programme material before the start date and take part in personal and organisational self-assessment exercises in preparation for the programme.
• Better understand, or refresh your knowledge of accounting, financial statements and value creation.

Module 1

Week 1: Leadership

• Explore the challenges and complex demands of modern leadership, encompassing transformation, mindset, behaviours, diversity, longevity and globalisation.
• Learn to boost your presence and visibility through working closely with an experiential coach.

Week 2: Strategy

• Understand the latest thinking in strategy and explore the strategic innovation, disruption and digital transformations that will shape the future.
• Learn to address complexity and other challenges with resilience and confidence.
• Tackle complex issues and methods to add value to the enterprise, using metrics and tools to evaluate corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions.

Back in the workplace (6-8 WEEKS)

• Apply these new concepts in your workplace with the support from your cohort.
• Experiment with new ideas.

Module 2

Week 3: Change

• Reframe your mindset and behaviours to become an active agent of change and influence.
• Discover purpose-led organisations, building brand value and distinctive propositions.
• Re-evaluate your personal and professional networks and devise a strategy to build and diversify its value.

Week 4: Impact

• Dismantle the burden of bureaucracy and unleash innovation through experimentation in your organisation.
• Explore new entrepreneurial business models and consider new ideas, innovation and ways of working.
• Grow your personal impact, taking into account your cumulative learning from the programme and devise a plan to focus your energy, skills and new ideas. 
• Reconnect with your Coach and re-focus on future goals.

• • What is the application process?

You can apply to the programme of your choice online. Acceptance is not automatic and your application will be reviewed by our Admissions Committee to ensure the best fit between applicants and programmes. Spaces on our programmes can fill up quickly so we encourage you to apply early and ensure your submission is as comprehensive as possible.

• • What does the programme fee cover?

It covers all required study materials, programme activities and excursions, as well as refreshments and most meals. It also includes single-occupancy, en-suite accommodation near campus and access to a well-appointed gym with a swimming pool.

• • Do I need to obtain a visa if I’m coming from overseas?

Visa requirements vary depending on your nationality and country of residence. We encourage you to use the ‘check if you need a visa’ tool or to consult the UK consulate or embassy in your home country.

WHEN SHOULD I APPLY?
We recommend you apply at least three months before the programme starts to guarantee your place. The application form will take approximately 30 minutes to complete.

WHEN WILL I HEAR BACK FROM YOU?
We’ll acknowledge receipt of your application by email within 48 hours, if it’s received during normal working hours (Mon-Fri – 9am-6pm GMT). We will review and respond to your application within two working days. We do this in order of receipt and acceptance is not automatic.

CAN I RESERVE A PLACE?

WHAT ARE YOUR LANGUAGE REQUIREMENT?
The programme is taught in English, so a good working knowledge of the language is essential. If English is not your first language, we may ask you for evidence of your proficiency.
