Each course programme is tailored completely to an organisation or individual’s requirements.

  • The do’s and don’ts when delivering a media interview
  • How to successfully convey key messages in an interview
  • How to prepare for and deliver interviews for TV and radio
  • How to handle challenging questions and the ‘bridging technique’
  • How to manage the media in proactive or challenging interview situations
OUTCOMES

Delegates will leave the training skilled in the following areas:

  • How to communicate effectively with impact and engagement

  • Confident delivery of radio and television interviews
THIS TRAINING CAN BE PROVIDED AS:
  • Full-day group training on your business premises or in hired facilities – maximum 4 delegates (Larger group workshops can be catered for – ask us for details)
  • Half-day group training on your business premises or in hired facilities – maximum 2 delegates
  • Half-day 1-to-1 coaching on your business premises (within London/East Anglia) or at our Essex venue
  • Virtual training for a full day or half day – maximum 4 delegates

APPLICATION PROCESS

WHEN SHOULD I APPLY?
We recommend you apply at least three months before the programme starts to guarantee your place. The application form will take approximately 15 to 30 minutes to complete.

WHEN WILL I HEAR BACK FROM YOU?
We’ll acknowledge receipt of your application by email within 48 hours, if it’s received during normal working hours (Mon-Fri – 09:00-18:00 GMT). We will review and respond to your application within two working days. We do this in order of receipt and acceptance is not automatic.

CAN I RESERVE A PLACE?

WHAT ARE YOUR LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS?
The programme is taught in English, so a good working knowledge of the language is essential. If English is not your first language, we may ask you for evidence of your proficiency.
